WALTHAM 1899 MODEL 21 JEWEL GRADE 645 ORIGINAL SWING OUT 25yr. CASE Circa; 1908. Early sixteen size railroad approved American pocket watches (1905 - 1918) were cased in original approved railroad model LONG STEM model cases. This original case to this high grade movement is especially desirable becauce it provides additional protection. Very nice. Clean, running and still accurate.

DIAL: White porcelain double sunken dial with bold fancy Arabic figures and marked; "WALTHAM". Hairline free and very desirable. MOVEMENT: 16 size, open face, 1899 model one finger nickel bridge, lever set, "Adjusted 5 Positions", "21 Jewels', #17,212,557. Excellent color, free of distraction and original to the case. CASE: Built by the Crescent Watch Case Co. two body case for additional protection. Swing out with Victorian initials on the back. Original mint thick beveled hard rock glass crystal.
