TIFFANY & Co. ART DECO "BANNANA" ROSE METAL PLAQUE ORIGINAL TRONNAU ART DECO DIAL 44mm in length, by 35mm in diameter, Circa: 1924. Unique early designed wrist watch created by The Tiffany & Co. This watch predates wrist watch production on a mass scale. It was only just after WWI (1919) that the world wide consumer wanted to wear a watch on the wrist rather than in the pocket. Tiffany & Co. was always lead fashion and they produced this extra long curved Art Deco creation to be sold only through their stores. This watch appears to be verified as new, but old stock (never worn opt circulated). Rose color is an additional rarity and was much in demand in the 1920 in Italy and Argentina. Clean, running, and all original.

DIAL: Original metal dial with Art Deco fancy Arabic figures, typical only for the 1920 early production period. Signed; "Tiffany & Co." MOVEMENT: Swiss 3/4 plate, nickel, 15 jewels, unsigned. This is the original movement for this case and dial. Clean, running. CASE: Long, curved rose colored and marked on the back; "METAL PALQUE OR/ GARAN'15 ANS", reference "201925". All top surfaces original polished undamaged with the back original satin vertical line finish. 44 mm in total length. NOTE: Please view our return policy for exchanges and returns.
