SOUTH BEND 21 JEWEL No. 327 Circa: 1909. Produced as the same grade as the South Bend Studebaker 323, 328, and 329. This Grade features wave pattern damascening pattern on the plates and was Railroad Approved. Especially collectible among Railroad Grade collectors. This example is priced at mid-book wholesale price and is especially collectible. Clean, running and accurate.

DIAL: White porcelain single sunken with Arabic figures and signed; "South Bend". Hairline at top and some at the sub. seconds circle, which does not distract. MOVEMENT: 18 size, open face, lever set, "ADJUSTED, "327", "ADJUSTED Temp. & 5 Pos.", "South Bend Watch Co.", #555,107. Excellent condition with bright contrast. CASE: 18 size, screw back and bezel yellow gold filled built by the Philadelphia Watch Case Co. ; very fancy with flower designs. Not personalized.
