BULOVA Accutron ASTRONAUT 14k GOLD Bezel GMT Waterproof C: 1965 Rare 14k Gold top (bezel). All original and very impressive. This was the most accurate watch of it’s time (1965) and was directly associated with the United States Space Program in the 1960s. Pristine original condition and especially desirable. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.
DIAL: Black mat finish marked; “BULOVA ACCUTRON”, and “ASTRONAUT” below the center post. GMT indication with Florissant filled arrowhead figures. Original hands. Very nice! MOVEMENT: Solid state tuning fork and circuit. This “Tunning Fork” vibrates 360,.000 time per minute and creates a “Humming” sound, which can be heard when placed next to ones ear. CASE: 14k gold rotating adjustable bezel to associate with the GMT indication hand. GF back is waterproof and Patented. “M5” which dates to 1965.
